Karl’s Excavating & Site Work

Estimator/Project Manager position available. This is a full-time position. Our company provides site work service for residential and commercial clients. Our scope of work entails, foundation excavation, grading, water, sewer, drainage and septic system installation. Our clients include homeowners, general contractors, municipalities and utility companies.

Skills Required:

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Calculate earthwork, labor and material costs

Prepare bids and proposals

Develop lasting relationships with clients and our experienced work force.

Fill out and submit permits

Applicant must be able to learn and utilize our estimating software. Rocktech for earthwork quantities and Construction link for our labor and materials estimating.
