HBRAWM Members, BCT Students, Faculty, and Staff,
The UMass NAHB Student Chapter would like to welcome all of you to attend a preliminary presentation of our proposal for the Residential Construction Management Competition which the Chapter will compete in next week at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas.
In short, the RCMC calls for secondary schools, 2 year programs, and 4 year programs like ours to apply the knowledge obtained in the classroom to a real scenario acting as a construction company. The Student Chapters then present to a panel of judges in front of an audience and defend their proposal.
Our preliminary presentation will be on the UMass campus at 160 Holdsworth Way, Amherst, MA 01003, in Holdsworth Hall room 203. (This suggested room will be confirmed in a follow-up email tomorrow, while it will be in Holdsworth regardless). The presentation will be at 6:00 PM and last 15 minutes, with a Q&A period to follow.
Students, Faculty, and Staff:
For those unaware of the Chapter that would like to know more/become involved, feel free to stay behind after the presentation/Q&A to find out more about the Chapters activities other than the RCMC.
HBRAWM Members:
Thank you all for your continuous support this year and we hope to see you this Friday. If you need directions to/around campus, feel free to contact me at this email address.
Sincerely,
John E. Coroa, Co-President
&
